Origin
The legendary Caetano Capparelli arrived in America in the 1920s at the young age of 10 years old, hailing from Calabria in southern Italy. With a heart full of hope and a desire to build a better life, his family made the long journey across the Atlantic, carrying with him the traditions and flavors of his homeland.
How we started
Guy and his wife Rose Capparelli created mouthwatering, authentic Italian dishes from scratch and made a name for themselves in Pennsylvania. using only the freshest ingredients and recipes passed down through generations, their passion for quality food quickly earned them a loyal following.
Coming to Texas
They brought their legacy to Texas and became a well-known, family-owned, and operated business. Today, the second- and third-generation families continue their legacy in multiple locations across all of Texas including San Antonio, La Vernia, Rockport, and Pleasanton.
