ABOUT US
The legendary Caetano Capparelli came to America in the 1920s at the age of 10 from Calabria, Italy. Guy and his wife Rose Capparelli created mouthwatering, authentic Italian dishes from scratch and made a name for themselves in Pennsylvania. They brought their legacy to Texas and became a well-known, family-owned and operated business.
